1981 – Started building a hall (by making country bricks) at St. Marys Malankara Catholic
Church, Kombazha, Trichur, later it has become the foundation of St. Marys’ English Medium School at Kombazha.
1982 – Published a Music Album – Divya Prakasm
Started Wings Orchestra, Tiruvalla and associated with the Maduriama Music Group Tiruvalla
1983 – Started social service projects at Niranam and Pandankery: Housing for Poor People,
encouraging Cow Farming as an extra income for families
Started Corporative Milk Society at Niranam, Tiruvalla, now, it is the biggest Milk Society in Pathanamthitta District.

2011 – Started 30 KW Solar power project at MACFAST. MACFAST is one of the first solar powered education institution in India.
2001 – May 7th Assumed the offices as Chairman & Chief Executive, Pushpagiri Group of
Institutions and the Secretary, Pushpagiri Medical Society with a new ‘We Care God Cures’ statement to achieve the mission of Pushpagiri ‘to work towards a Knowledge Society with life in abundance through Science and Technology, improving Health care for our immediate community, the state, the country and the world at large’ as stated in the Approach Document.
2011 - Started Karunya Scheme (Free Health Care for the Needy) at Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital
2011 – Started Health IN' Million (Health Insurance for a Million People in Central Travancore) at Pushpagiri

2011 – Started Pushpavani Arogyam (A live Discussion in Radio MACFAST 90.4 on HealthCare with the Doctors of the Pushpagiri Medical College, everyday 9am -10am except Sundays)
2011 – Started renovating the Heritage Building Cherupushpagiri Araman (1934), the first 8beded Pushpagiri hospital (1958)
2011 – Nov. 26th published the book Puthiya Vinju Puthiya kuppium (Malayalam)- Reflectionson Life)
2012 - Innovate for Tomorrow: Started setting up a Centre for Innovation and Developmentin Indigenous Technology (CIDIT), to promote Indigenous Technology –Concept, Process and Product; working for India’s Vision for a Developed Nation; aiming towards an Indian Knowledge Society though community participation and innovations for bridging knowledge divide; developing in young people the ability to see, judge (analyse) and act, to encourage entrepreneurship, and to strive to change towards good attitudes (new project)
